Commercial Property Executive

The role of Commercial Property Executive is to oversee the management of a portfolio of commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have experience in property management and be able to provide high-level service to tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide superior property management services to clients">
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality services, minimize arrears, maximize property income, and prepare operating plans">
  • Routine building inspections with facilities teams">
  • Maintain positive relationships with tenants and ensure tenant satisfaction">
  • Determine and monitor budgets, expenses, and income for each property">
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including contractors and regulatory agencies">
  • Collaborate with facilities management teams, finance departments, and other operational personnel to ensure proper control and service delivery on a day-to-day basis">

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have substantial experience in property management, preferably in a commercial setting. They will also possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be commercially minded with a hands-on approach.
