Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure regulatory obligations and commercial risks are identified, assessed, reported, and monitored by implementing Line 1 and 2 compliance policies and processes.
  • Collaborate with teammates to ensure departments have strong control environments managing risks and compliance obligations effectively.
  • Act as key point of contact for breach & incident investigations and work with SMEs towards resolution, communication, and alignment.
  • Conduct reviews/oversee assurance of key business processes and controls to ensure continued adherence to and effective implementation of policies, procedures, and regulations.

Reporting to the Head of HR Compliance & Employee Relations

About You

A proactive delivery style is required including preparing and socializing compliance related dashboards and materials.

A demonstrated track record in implementing risk and compliance management practices within an internal governance function preferably within People & Culture function is expected.

Demonstrated experience in dealing with internal controls including proper design and implementation is essential.

Ability to develop and deploy quality assurance and audit style reviews and testing in high volume environments is crucial.
