We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Risk Framework Manager.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring the performance of risk against internal risk appetite and providing valuable insights via data analysis. This position will involve coordinating and delivering on various risk reporting needs, including quarterly reports to senior management and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage the delivery of various risk reporting needs, ensuring timely and accurate submission of reports.
  • Assist in reviewing and maintaining the Risk Management Framework, ensuring alignment with global frameworks and regulatory requirements.
  • Integrate risk into business planning processes by reviewing risk appetite in conjunction with business plans and line 2 risk assessments of strategic/business initiatives.
  • Monitor the performance of risk against appetite and use Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and metrics to report on risk management.
  • Conduct periodic assessments of risk culture and develop action plans to support maturity.
  • Support the development and implementation of risk culture frameworks and measurement methodologies, including managing risk culture assessment processes.
  • Assist in delivering annual risk management declarations to regulatory bodies, documenting supporting risk assessments and evidence and obtaining management attestations.
  • Provide secretarial support to the Chief Risk Officer (CRO), coordinating meeting papers and taking minutes and actions.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as risk management, finance, or accounting.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in risk management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate results effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare high-quality reports and present findings to senior management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
