Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workplace Coordinator to deliver exceptional workplace experiences by providing high-level service to employees, visitors, and guests.

This is a part-time role requiring approximately 15 hours of work per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless workplace operations while aligning with our cultural pillars: inclusivity, trust-building, communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service by anticipating needs and delivering seamless, effective interactions.
  • Manage guest and VIP arrivals, ensuring an outstanding experience from start to finish.
  • Oversee all incoming and outgoing mail, handle locker allocations, and ensure effective storage management.
  • Book and manage client meeting rooms, including setup, catering coordination, and AV support.
  • Perform regular floor checks, manage WHS risks, and ensure a safe, efficient work environment.
  • Continuously improve processes, manage car parking requests, and support onboarding processes for new starters.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A strong background in customer service, reception, or hospitality.
  • Professional communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • The ability to multi-task and approach problem-solving with a practical mindset.
  • Experience in supervising teams is a plus.
  • Certificate III in Hospitality (preferred), or similar qualifications.
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage time effectively.
