Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Design Manager to spearhead our digital design efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the creative direction of our digital platforms and ensuring that all visual elements align with our brand's DNA.

About The Role
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive design strategy that drives business growth and enhances user experience across all digital touchpoints.

This includes:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and implement innovative design solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Leveraging industry trends and best practices to stay ahead of the curve and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Managing a team of talented designers to deliver high-quality designs that meet stakeholder expectations.
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of our target audience and their needs to inform design decisions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive creativity and innovation in design, pushing boundaries while staying true to our brand's essence.
  • Project manage multiple projects simultaneously, taking ownership and accountability for each.
  • Social media asset creation (Paid social and organic).
  • Global campaign rollout, promotions, and sales coordination, ensuring cohesive, polished, and on-brand creative delivery.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., Design, Digital Design).
  • Experience leading a team of designers, demonstrating leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Commerce Cloud.
  • Data segmentation expertise for effective digital campaign execution.
  • Strong project management skills, including workflow organization and delegation.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, XD, After Effects), and other industry-standard tools.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
