Digital Lead Position

This pivotal role is situated within the Marketing, Audience and Development team responsible for shaping the digital presence of Geelong Arts Centre.

The successful candidate will be a strategic and driven Digital Lead who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment. This individual must be a proactive and highly organised communicator able to bring together data-driven thinking with creative flair.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with business objectives.
  • Manage and maintain the website, ensuring it is up-to-date, engaging and easy to navigate.
  • Design and execute targeted email campaigns to engage audiences and drive ticket sales.
  • Foster a strong online community presence through social media channels.
  • Work closely with the Marketing, Audience and Development team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with business objectives.
  • Websites management: Manage and maintain the website, ensuring it is up-to-date, engaging and easy to navigate.
  • Email marketing: Design and execute targeted email campaigns to engage audiences and drive ticket sales.
  • Social media: Foster a strong online community presence through social media channels.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing, Audience and Development team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.
