Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end delivery of digital solutions for claims and premium administration.

  • Manage cross-disciplinary teams and delivery partners across all work streams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, vendors, and agents.
  • Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans and program budgets.
  • Monitor and report on delivery performance, risks, issues, and interdependencies.
  • Support program governance processes, including stage gating and executive reporting.
  • Drive procurement and vendor engagement in line with WorkSafe policies.
  • Champion collaboration, transparency, and accountability across all program activities.
