Main Responsibilities
  • Design and implement frameworks, processes, and methodologies to drive quality.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure quality is embedded.
  • Engage with multiple vendors and manage testing deliverables effectively.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing strategic direction rather than hands-on coding.
  • Support the move towards a DevSecOps approach, ensuring security and quality are integral to delivery.

About You
  • Proven experience establishing or maturing a Testing & QA function in a complex organization.
  • Strong understanding of modern testing frameworks, automation, and quality practices.
  • Ability to work in ambiguous, evolving environments and bring structure to new functions.
  • Experience engaging and directing vendors to achieve quality outcomes.
