The Risk Management Specialist plays a pivotal role in achieving this goal, collaborating with various stakeholders to identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact our operations and reputation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement risk management frameworks and processes to identify potential risks across various aspects of the organization.
  • Evaluate the likelihood and impact of identified risks using industry-recognized methodologies.
  • Develop and recommend strategies to manage or mitigate identified risks, ensuring alignment with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Design, implement, and maintain risk management policies and procedures that are compliant with relevant standards.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of risk management strategies, including conducting regular risk audits and compliance checks.
  • Develop and maintain crisis and incident response plans, leading incident response efforts and conducting post-incident analysis.
  • Ensure effective contract and regulatory compliance monitoring processes are in place.
  • Prepare and present risk management reports to senior management and the board of directors, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in risk management, including IT security or a related field.
  • Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies, such as FAIR or NIST.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex risk management concepts.
  • Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams, with a proven track record of delivering results-oriented outcomes.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of emerging cybersecurity threats and best practices, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
