Director Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Director to join our Board, providing strategic oversight and contributing to the delivery of our new strategic plan. As a key member of our leadership team, you will work collaboratively with Co-CEOs, the Executive, and fellow Directors to set and progress strategic direction.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Board Director, Chair, or Deputy Chair, with strong strategic thinking, governance, and leadership skills. They will also possess a strong connection to regional and rural communities in Australia, as well as sector expertise in aged care, disability, or children's services.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic expertise in aged care, disability, children's services, or similar sectors
  • Work collaboratively with Co-CEOs, the Executive, and fellow Directors to set and progress strategic direction
  • Oversee risk management, governance, and budget monitoring
  • Influence and develop policy to strengthen community outcomes

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Board Director, Chair, or Deputy Chair

  • Strong connection to regional and rural communities in Australia
  • Sector expertise in aged care, disability, or children's services
