Senior Marketing and Communications Lead
About the Role:The Senior Marketing and Communications Lead is responsible for leading the marketing and communications function, developing and delivering evidence-based behaviour change campaigns and overseeing the delivery of communication services. This includes strategic marketing campaigns, communications, program branding, digital content and social media channels.
The role delivers marketing communications advice to key stakeholders across the department and collaborates with senior leaders to ensure communications are integrated and aligned to overarching program strategies, departmental narrative and objectives.

About You:To be successful in this role, you will need to be passionate about supporting people to change their lives for the better. You must be an experienced marketing and communications professional, skilled in developing and leading behavioural change marketing strategies, ready to deliver best practice campaigns.
You should have experience in leading a team to deliver and continuously improve audience-led marketing and communications with a multi-channel approach. Additionally, you should be an experienced marketing & communications professional with demonstrated experience and specialist expertise in leading marketing functions in a complex large corporate or public sector setting.
