About the RoleThe successful candidate will play a key part in the development and implementation of HR strategies that drive business growth and employee satisfaction. You will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to employees and managers throughout the employment lifecycle, ensuring seamless recruitment processes, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date personnel records.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding
- Deliver high-quality HR services to employees and managers, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate and complete personnel records, including contracts of employment and other employment-related documentation
- Develop and implement effective induction programs, ensuring new starters have a smooth transition into the organization
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Proven experience working across the full spectrum of HR functions, particularly in Employee Relations and Industrial Relations
- Hands-on experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
