About the PositionThis Senior HR Advisor position offers a unique opportunity to join a well-established business and contribute to shaping positive workplace outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert advice on HR and workplace matters to managers and employees
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution initiatives
- Develop and maintain comprehensive HR frameworks, policies, and procedures
- Design and deliver inductions, training, and awareness programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills
- Ensure compliance with relevant Australian legislation, awards, and agreements
- Relevant degree in Human Resources or related field (desired but not essential)
- Previous experience in HR generalist roles, preferably within blue-collar industries
- Proven knowledge of Australian workplace legislation and compliance requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence outcomes and build strong relationships
- Ability to manage sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion
This role reports directly to the HR Manager and plays a key part in driving positive workplace outcomes.
