Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaising with clients and coordinating meetings
  • Manage outsource team - reports, statements and Compliance
  • Produce Annual Review reports
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and grammar
  • Accuracy when completing tasks
  • Portfolio implementation – paperwork to third parties, managing external service providers and ensuring delivery
  • Provide updates to stakeholders on service and client work in progress
  • Prepare Financial Data Statements's and reporting for regulatory requirements
  • Manage workflow and annual review processes
About You:
  • Prior use of financial planning software and Microsoft suite of products
  • A solid understanding of the financial services industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, complete tasks efficiently and be a collaborative team member
  • Strong attention to detail
