The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Client Manager to join our Wollongong Team which specialises in the delivery of best-in-class risk management solutions for premier mid-market clients. We have an extensive presence across Australia, with representation in each State capital and an extensive regional branch network.

The Client Manager will service a key portfolio of diverse commercial clients. Additionally, collaboration with colleagues to implement strategies for growth and client retention will be a focal point. Working closely with the leadership team, you'll be a key driver to our long-term growth ambitions across the region

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries
  • Lead key client relationships with a focus on client experience
  • Identify growth opportunities within the designated portfolio
  • Develop new and profitable business within the National segment
  • Deliver in alignment with the strategic direction of the National business
  • Achieve renewal and new business budget
  • Mentorship and development of team members within the region

About you:

This opportunity is ideal for someone with the following experience:

  • Outstanding client relationship management capabilities
  • Collaborative approach with colleagues and clients
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Entrepreneurially minded with a track record of client acquisition and retention
  • Strong technical understanding of a broad range of Commercial Insurance products
  • Tier 1 Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree and/or relevant working experience
  • Strong organisational skills to align with regional objectives
