Job Title: Account Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead several key client partner accounts, manage relationships, develop successful campaigns and ensure timely delivery of work.

You will be a trusted advisor for our clients' partners and an enthusiastic, creative contributor to help craft campaigns that impact consumer behaviour.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day activities of client partner accounts
  • Develop trusted partnerships with client partners and suppliers
  • Plan and develop campaigns/communications programs from inception through to completion
  • Develop briefs and reverse briefs with clients to share with the Creative & Content team
  • Raise estimates and manage approvals
  • Ensure works are delivered on time, on budget; including running WIPs, building timelines and allocating creative resource
  • Contribute to creative development, ideation, strategic planning of campaigns
  • Identify and pitch new ideas to existing clients, along with participating in new business opportunities
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of account management/client services experience
  • The ability to manage multiple projects on the fly at once
  • Strong communication skills to confidently share ideas and present work to other team members and clients
  • Strong organisational skills to ensure tasks are completed on tight deadlines
  • A proactive approach to work and delivering great results for clients
  • An enthusiastic attitude to creative and strategic challenges
  • A strong marketing strategy foundation and/or experience in an agency environment will be viewed favourably
