**Account Management Role:**

As an Operations Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our Employee Share Plans team. Based in our Yarra Falls office, this position offers a unique opportunity to leverage your skills and experience.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall operational responsibility of client portfolios with diligence and precision.
  • Monitor and prioritize client requests effectively, ensuring high service levels and satisfaction.
  • Develop in-depth technical understanding of system processes and serve as a Subject Matter Expert for clients, plans, products, and procedures.
  • Provide first-level escalation support for client and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with Senior Management to ensure the operational health of client portfolios.
  • Act as primary interface between clients and service delivery teams, handling regular and ad-hoc requests efficiently.
  • Host and lead regular client meetings to review service/project delivery status and event planning.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience in customer service or relationship management is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective communication across all levels.
  • Able to build detailed understanding of assigned clients and foster close partnering relationships.
  • Capable of influencing and managing senior stakeholders (internal and external).
  • Strong negotiation skills and solution-oriented approach with attention to detail.
  • Able to plan and meet multiple deadlines within fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  • Ability to develop technical skills and identify/solve problems effectively.
