About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Sustainability Project Manager. As a key member of our sustainability team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of our Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the delivery of the Private Electric Vehicle Charging model for Council.
  • Develop and maintain external partnerships to improve sustainability outcomes, with a focus on electric vehicle charging.
  • Identify, mitigate, and resolve project-related issues.
  • Identify new innovations and technologies for EV charging, and relevant planning requirements to achieve project objectives.
  • Work collaboratively across the organisation to deliver the private EV charging project and its objectives.
  • Actively contribute to a culture of professional practice focused on customer service and value for the community.
Requirements
  • Tertiary degree in sustainability, engineering, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience or lesser formal qualifications in sustainability, transport engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Excellent skills in project management and project delivery.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and excellent stakeholder management skills.
