Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Digital Banking and Payments team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to the growth of our organization.

This role requires strong analytical skills, technical knowledge of card payments, and excellent communication abilities. You will be working closely with vendors, business stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless transaction processing and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd line application support for card payments systems
  • Analyse and troubleshoot transaction issues
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure fraud detection and related processes meet regulatory expectations
  • Enhance card processing systems to align with strategic digital initiatives
  • Support transition to tokenisation and smarter fraud monitoring
  • Support releases, vendor fixes, and bug investigations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of the Payments Industry, including scheme rules and laws
  • Strong working knowledge of card payments and Visa
  • Background in financial services, preferably in a digital or retail banking environment
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience working with third-party vendors and external stakeholders
  • Understanding of Agile practices and incident/change management processes
