About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Media Assistant to join our team at Optimum Media Direction (OMD). As a Media Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day activities of our media team, ensuring the smooth execution of campaigns and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the media team in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of media campaigns
  • Assist in the coordination of media buying and planning activities
  • Provide administrative support to the media team, including data entry, report preparation, and filing
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign execution
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Experience in media planning or a related field is an asset
