Job Summary

As a Media Assistant at Optimum Media Direction (OMD), you will play a key role in supporting the creation of market-leading ideas for our clients. You will assist the team in the development of digital and traditional media channels, and be taught through real-life on-the-job training, our internal training program 'Accelerate', and industry 'NGEN' sessions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the day-to-day account management and implementation of campaigns
  • Be the support contact for client/media liaison on day-to-day matters
  • Administrative services such as the arrangement of meetings, preparation of WIPs, and compilation of project reports
  • Check booking confirmations and pre-times, campaign monitoring, post-analysis matching, and reporting under the guidance of your direct manager
  • Media Campaign Delivery tracking (all communication channels)
  • Provide assistance to the team during invoicing and reconciliation, financial administration
  • Generate creative ideas within role accountabilities (process improvements etc.) and actively contribute to idea generation and optimisation
