We're seeking an experienced leader to oversee the performance of our Contact Centre.
About the RoleThis senior role is responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring objectives are met and delivering on financial accountability.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive effectiveness through best practices, resource prioritisation and risk management.
- Develop strong relationships with clients by providing valuable feedback and identifying opportunities for efficiency gains.
- Consistently deliver on key performance indicators and meet budgetary targets.
- Regularly review and assess performance and delivery standards.
- Evaluate solutions with stakeholders to address challenges.
- Maintain operational effectiveness through organisational change.
- Provide leadership and support for direct reports, ensuring they complete required training and development opportunities.
You'll be an experienced professional with exceptional relationship skills, a strong track record in employee retention, client performance and financial targets.
Key Skills and Attributes Required:- Substantial experience in a similar leadership role.
- Experience working directly with clients and senior stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of contact centre operating metrics.
