Role: Room Leader / Senior Educator

Location: Mount Warren Park

Centre: Goodstart Mount Warren Park - Mount Warren Boulevard

Employment Type: Full Time / 38hrs per week

Room: Toddler

Pay: $38.20ph - $39.35ph

Responsibilities
  • Help provide the best start to a child's life. Make a lasting impact while growing an incredible career
  • Lead a team of dedicated Educators in your own room to deliver exceptional educational programs
  • Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices
  • Ensure safety and inclusivity to tailor learning experiences for all children

You'll Need
  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current QLD Blue Card
