Job Overview

This is an exciting permanent Part Time opportunity offering a minimum of 15 hours per week. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our front office during overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Covering the reception desk from 11pm to 7am to manage check-ins and check-outs, handle phone calls, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Cross-checking and balancing work completed during the day for all outlets, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ensuring accurate charges for room revenues on a daily basis and preparing reports to reflect the trading results of the property on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Controlling after-hours access to the property, maintaining high security standards.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Previous Front Office experience in a similar role, combined with strong analytical skills and an eye for detail.
  • Previous experience in a Night Audit position is desirable but not essential.
  • The ability to work unsupervised, taking initiative and making sound decisions.
  • Comfortable working overnight, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Knowledge of Fidelio is advantageous, as well as knowledge of accounts and accounting procedures.
  • A current Victorian manual driver's license is essential, and a current RSA certificate is desirable.
What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of AU$50,000 - AU$65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits and opportunities for career growth and development within our global company.
