About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hospitality & Nightclub Manager to lead our team and drive service excellence and growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing nightly operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service, managing and developing a dedicated team, and maintaining superior customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee nightly operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Manage and develop a dedicated team
  • Recruitment, induction, training, and performance evaluation
  • Maintain superior customer satisfaction
  • Excellent service standards to encourage repeat business
  • Collaborate with events staff to coordinate and manage a diverse range of functions and events
  • Work closely with security personnel, Victoria Police, and compliance officers to ensure safety and legal adherence.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Maintain relationships with industry regulators
  • Handle booking systems, performers, and all event logistics
  • Proactively address guest issues, complaints, and unforeseen challenges.
  • Manage cash flow, stock, and end-of-night financial reporting
  • Continuously review and improve systems, processes, and procedures.

About You:

We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in nightclub, hospitality, or venue management, strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, knowledge of local licensing laws, health and safety, and food safety procedures.

  • Proven experience in nightclub, hospitality, or venue management

  • Knowledge of local licensing laws, health and safety, and food safety procedures.
  • Experience in organising functions, events, and training teams
  • Current First Aid certification is essential
  • RSA is essential
  • Innovative and able to generate ideas to increase profit
  • A creative, hands-on approach
  • Ahead of the game and staying up to date with industry trends

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is around $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus opportunities for career growth within a supportive, dynamic team, staff discounts and perks across our venues, and a fun and energetic work environment.
