Delivery Operations Manager Job Overview

As a key role within Wesfarmers Health, the Delivery Operations Manager will lead the delivery of omnichannel retail media campaigns across digital and physical formats.

This position is responsible for driving operational excellence, optimizing processes, and supporting the performance of the campaign delivery team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive operational efficiency to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to deliver impactful campaigns that drive commercial success.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in media coordination, marketing operations or campaign support roles.
  • Proficient in shared tools for task tracking, creative approvals and reporting (e.g. Excel, monday.com, PageProof, Google Drive).
  • Ability to interpret campaign performance data, generate actionable insights and lead post-campaign reporting aligned with business objectives.
