Job DescriptionWe are seeking a talented and passionate Civil Engineer to join our team as a Graduate/Undergraduate. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on some of the biggest infrastructure projects across Western Australia, Queensland, and New South Wales.
Key Responsibilities- Develop technical and non-technical skills, improve industry knowledge and best practice, and experience varied aspects of the Engineering, Project Management, and Tendering functions.
- Assist with the management of planning, coordinating, and controlling professional activities relating to projects, including general planning, providing technical input, and maintaining/updating contractual schedule/program.
- Assist the management team in contract management activities, including tender's specifications preparation, collaborating in subcontractor negotiation, and supply agreement.
- Complete predetermined competencies within the allotted timeframe in order to progress through the Graduate Development Program.
- Tertiary Qualifications in Civil Engineering or related disciplines.
- Be outcome-focused with efficient communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- A passion for civil construction and exposure to construction work would be highly advantageous but not necessary.
- Be someone who takes pride and ownership of their work with a willingness to learn and take on more responsibility as you develop.
- An excellent attitude and awareness for safety, attention to detail, and quality.
