About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Graduate Engineer to join our City and Regional Delivery team at Urban Utilities. As a Graduate Engineer, you will play a key role in the delivery of our 5-year capital program across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the delivery of the capital program through an integrated capital delivery framework.
  • Support Program Delivery Managers and Project Managers in the efficient design and delivery of program and project solutions.
  • Contribute to the governance and management of the capital program, ensuring effective services and resources are delivered.
  • Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, delivery partners, and external contractors to ensure program and project outcomes are met.
  • Provide technical advice and support to the Program Delivery Manager and external partners to ensure proposed solutions are fit for purpose.
About You

We are looking for candidates who are passionate about shaping our future and have the following qualifications, skills, and experiences:

  • A recent graduate or some work experience in an engineering, construction, or project management environment.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with team members and other stakeholders.
  • Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent work experience.
