Dynamic Program Scheduler

Lead the creation of a dynamic integrated program schedule, consolidating planning data across multiple workstreams. This role involves developing and maintaining accurate insights into delays, dependencies, and critical path issues to support core functions such as planning, tracking, and delivery reporting.

Skillful Scheduling Expertise
  • Integrate over 10 work package projects into a single roadmap while maintaining integrity, resilience, and real-time visibility across a program with thousands of schedule lines.
  • Provide leadership to the Program Scheduling Team, setting priorities and coaching members to build capability and confidence.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Project, integrating and managing multiple schedules within large, complex programs.
  • Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to synthesise multiple plans across various formats and tools into a harmonised program schedule.
Influential Leadership
  • Advising executives instantly on schedule dependencies and quantifying program delays without requiring extensive rework.
  • Influencing stakeholders across Technical Service Providers to standardise scheduling processes, tools, and governance frameworks that support the creation of a dynamic program plan.
