Senior Business Insights Specialist

- Data Integration and Management: Bring data together, cleanse, and integrate it into platforms accessible to Finance Partners and business leaders.
- Data Modelling: Design and develop data models to support self-service reporting and visualisation.
- Dashboards and Reporting: Produce dynamic dashboards and reporting tools tailored to stakeholder needs.
- Data Governance: Ensure data integrity within a strong governance and control framework.
- Automation and Improvement: Drive automation and continuous improvement across reporting and analytics.
- Finance Team Enablement: Build technical and data literacy capabilities across the wider Finance team.
- Strategic Partnership: Work closely with Finance leaders to deliver insights and solutions that support the future operating model.
- You will need at least 5 years of experience in data analytics, performance reporting, or finance-related projects.
- Strong technical skills in SQL, Power BI, and DAX are required (Tableau experience is a plus).
- A background in financial services or previous experience working in Finance is necessary.
- You must have a proven ability to design and deliver user-friendly data solutions and dashboards.
- Strong business acumen, with experience in financial modelling and performance insights, is essential.
- A degree qualification in Data Analytics, IT, Finance, or related discipline (CA/CPA highly regarded but not essential) is preferred.
