Risk Renewal Specialist Role Overview

As a Risk Renewal Specialist, you will serve as the initial point of contact for risk members, utilizing your expertise and passion for service to shape the future of member protection.

This role involves managing the full renewal process, encompassing outbound calls, documentation, and protection reviews. You will provide accurate personal protection quotations and process changes to existing protections while collaborating with underwriting and field teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

You will identify member needs and match them with the right protection solutions, support complaint resolution, and contribute to continuous service improvement.

  • Strong negotiation skills and a proven ability to achieve positive sales outcomes are essential.
  • Excellent time management and organisational abilities are required.
  • Adaptability to changing business needs and a proactive problem-solving mindset are necessary.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation are vital.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills are crucial.

Previous sales experience and ASIC RG 146 Tier 1 qualification are mandatory. Insurance industry experience is desirable.
