**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to oversee the activities of staff, sub-contractors, and consultants on our construction sites.

The successful candidate will have a trade qualification or equivalent experience, along with in-depth knowledge of building/construction trades.

They will also possess supervisory experience on-site on mid to large-scale commercial projects in the Tier 1/Tier 2 space.

In addition, they should have knowledge of OH&S legislation, policies, and procedures, as well as knowledge of the Building Code of Australia.

The ideal candidate will be able to read technical construction drawings and have a hands-on understanding of structures, steel, façade, building services, fit-out finishes, cranes etc.

**Key Responsibilities**:

  • Direct and manage the activities of staff, sub-contractors, and consultants on site.
  • Control costs and ensure compliance with Quality Assurance, OH&S, and Industrial Relations legislation.

**Requirements**:

  • Trade qualification or equivalent experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of building/construction trades.
  • Supervisory experience on-site on mid to large-scale commercial projects in the Tier 1/Tier 2 space.
  • Knowledge of OH&S legislation, policies, and procedures.
  • Knowledge of the Building Code of Australia.
