Our construction division delivers projects in various states and we are on the lookout for a highly motivated & experienced Site Manager or Site Supervisor to join our team based in Adelaide.

The Opportunity

If you are a Site Manager or Site Supervisor with Defence and/or commercial construction experience interested in a role, then we would like to hear from you.

You will have

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Site Manager/Site Supervisor working on Commercial Construction Projects valued from $1M-$10M.
  • The ability to read and understand construction documents (e.g. drawings, specifications, programs, schedules etc.).
  • Strong computer skills and experience using the Microsoft suite of programs, experience with Procore and Hammertech would be beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Hold a Trade Certificate or Tertiary Qualification in Project Management, Engineering or Construction Management.
  • Good analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
  • A good sense of humour.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to engage and influence at all levels.
  • A valid driver's license and ability to receive a Defence Security Clearance.
  • A willingness to travel regionally for projects as necessary. All associated travel costs are covered by the company.

Previous experience on Defence Projects will be highly regarded.
