Job Description

As a strategic leader in our Above Water Systems business portfolio, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery that meets schedule, quality, cost, and safety standards.

Strategic direction for maintenance delivery services is required to achieve exceptional customer outcomes. You will foster a culture of collaboration and service excellence.

  • Spearhead maintenance execution and certification.
  • Ensure safety, cost, time, and quality objectives are met.
  • Establish the functional delivery of maintenance execution services.
  • Lead teams to guarantee safety, schedule, quality, security, and cost adherence.
  • Identify and mitigate cost drivers to enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on financial analysis for accurate forecasts.
  • Report scheduling, planning risks, and offer solutions.
  • Contribute to status reports, estimates, and variance analysis.
  • Drive continuous improvement in Maintenance Delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Seven years of relevant industry experience.
  • Proficiency in ship building, repair, maintenance, and Navy ship systems.
  • Understanding of Navy engineering and maintenance systems is desirable.
  • Familiarity with the Defence Seaworthiness Management System (DSwMS).
  • Knowledge of platform, maritime, and asset management.
