- At least 5 years of experience in haulage management or logistics with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of NHVR regulations, fatigue management, and heavy vehicle compliance.
- Fleet maintenance expertise with experience managing truck schedules, servicing, and repairs.
- S11, Coal Board Medical, and relevant qualifications highly desired.
- A strong commitment to workplace safety and the ability to pass a drug and alcohol screen.
