Highly Skilled Support Specialist Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Splunk/New Relic Support Engineer to join our team on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop and implement dashboards in Splunk/New Relic to drive business insights.
- Proactively monitor system performance and respond to incidents to ensure minimal disruption to service.
- Collaborate with engineering squads to resolve integration issues and provide data-driven solutions.
- Tertiary qualifications or relevant industry certifications (e.g. Splunk/New Relic).
- Experience working in a DevOps/SRE capacity within large, complex environments.
- Strong technical skills in Splunk/New Relic, including dashboard design and troubleshooting.
- Proven experience supporting large customer-facing platforms.
- Familiarity with ITIL practices, including incident/problem/change processes and service management tools.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS), containerisation (Kubernetes/Docker) and API gateway tools.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Advanced problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- A hybrid work arrangement allowing for 50% time in the office.
- Exposure to high-visibility digital platforms and modern tech stacks.
