CyberArk Privileged Access Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled CyberArk specialist with an engineering-first mindset to manage our Privileged Access Management system. Critical processes should be automated, including CI/CD and client onboarding, while maximizing efficiency and delivery quality.

  • Achieve efficient automation of workflows and deployments using GitHub Actions, Ansible, CloudFormation or equivalent tools.
  • Participate in CI/CD pipeline development to streamline onboarding and configuration.
  • Ensure system performance is monitored; troubleshoot and manage incidents across PAM infrastructure.
  • Engage in disaster recovery planning and execution.
  • Mentor team members and create documentation for operational excellence.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience with CyberArk or equivalent systems.
  • Experience in connector build and customer/client platform onboarding.
  • Active CyberArk certifications preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of IAM protocols (SSO, SAML, LDAP, OAuth, OIDC).
  • Proficiency in automation scripting and tools such as PowerShell, Python, Ansible, CloudFormation and GitHub Actions.
  • Experience in CI/CD pipelines and automation toolchains.
  • Strong background in engineering with Linux/Unix and Windows/Active Directory experience.
  • Familiarity with AWS/Azure entitlement integration.
  • Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks (incident, change, problem management).

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of security best practices and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
