About Our Front Desk Agent Role

As a dedicated and experienced hospitality professional, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our property. We are seeking someone with a strong background in customer service, who has experience working in a fast-paced environment and using RMS software.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Efficiently oversee guest check-ins and check-outs.
  2. Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations.
  3. Resolve guest complaints promptly and report any significant issues to management.
  4. Regularly assess and review customer satisfaction levels, implementing strategies to enhance the guest experience.
  5. Experience with hotel-based computer systems for booking and operations is essential.
  6. Generate reports and reconcile daily transactions accurately.
  7. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property, including guest relations, staff management, and property management.
  8. Monitor and ensure adherence to relevant regulations.
