We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Front Desk Assistant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing daily operations, and supporting the team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication, active listening, and empathy.
- Manage daily front desk operations, including greeting clients, handling transactions, and maintaining accurate records.
- Support the sales team by providing administrative assistance, data entry, and other tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals, share knowledge, and provide support during peak periods.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in data entry and administration a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred.
