About The Role
This role is responsible for the management of waitlist bookings and timely data submission in accordance with NSW Health policies.
The Patient Intake Manager will support stakeholders, provide expert advice, and oversee department activities to deliver quality outcomes and Departmental objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Ability to apply NSW Health Oral Access Policy and Waiting List Management policy including current knowledge of elective surgery trends and barriers.
Experience managing a team to achieve service goals and deliver excellent customer service.
Proven experience in managing multiple projects, program design, implementation, change management, and benefits realization.
Requirements
• Strong understanding of NSW Health policies
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
