Job Title: Patient Intake and Demand Unit ManagerDescription

This position is responsible for managing the waitlist bookings for a dental hospital. The role involves providing expert advice to stakeholders, overseeing department activities, and ensuring timely and accurate data submission in accordance with health policies.

About the Role

The Sydney Dental Hospital has a long history of serving the local community since 1904. It is a centre of excellence that shapes oral health and dental care in Australia.

This position will support high-level stakeholders, including Hospital Senior Executives and clinicians, by providing subject matter expertise and reporting.

The position oversees the ongoing management and coordination of department activities and initiatives. It provides direction to administrative staff and other team members to facilitate quality outcomes and Departmental objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage SLHD Oral Health Services waitlist bookings for Sydney Dental Hospital & Oral Health Services.
  • Ensure timely and accurate data submission in accordance with NSW Health Oral Access Policy and Waiting List Management policy.
  • Support and liaise with multiple high-level stakeholders.
  • Oversight of department activities and initiatives.
  • Direction to administrative staff and other team members.
