We're looking for a talented professional to join our passionate team, complementing our broader People team and further support West Australian hiring managers with anticipated growth within this market.

This position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:

  • Assessing and anticipating hiring trends and actively partner with key internal customers to continuously develop recruitment strategies
  • Building and maintaining talent pipelines and pools for key positions while utilizing a broad range of sourcing channels and techniques - roles include Engineering disciplines, Scientists and Sustainability specialists
  • Leveraging marketing and branding to support talent attraction

What you will bring to the team:

  • Significant talent acquisition experience (within the engineering/design/project consulting/contractor or professional services sectors)
  • Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Human Resources, Marketing or other relevant discipline (desirable)
  • Experience in deploying attraction and selection strategies, including LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Outstanding communication and influencing/partnering skills, confidence with senior business leaders and technical authorities
  • A hardworking teammate eager to be part of a successful national centre of expertise, able to engage naturally and virtually
  • Ability to adapt to new processes and effectively deal with change
