Portfolio Management Professional

A Portfolio Management Professional will be responsible for reducing delinquency and losses through effective management of a portfolio, working in a great stable environment.

Responsibilities

  • Make autonomous financial decisions and resolve problems in a timely manner
  • Manage the impact of loss through timely and quality account management and decision making
  • Liaise with solicitors, agents, and other key service providers
  • Adhere to outlined policies, standards, and stated procedures
  • Establish a positive rapport and treat customers with empathy and sensitivity

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proven Customer Service and Administrative skills
  • Effective negotiation skills to identify and implement alternative options
  • Display thorough knowledge of ACM's requirements under the Privacy Act, NCCP, and Trade Practices Act including ACCC/ASIC Guidelines
  • High attention to detail
