Business Development Role

  • As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key merchant accounts across your territories.

The ideal candidate will have experience in account management within the hospitality sector and excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

You will work closely with our marketing team to deliver strategic marketing campaigns and ensure that updates are communicated to the team in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

Manage relationships with key merchants, leveraging opportunities to drive additional business and maintaining mutually beneficial partnerships.

Handle customer complaints about merchants in a timely and professional manner.

Work with the Head of Partnerships on strategies to acquire and retain merchants.

Produce tracking and data reports to help with merchant acquisition and retention.

Partner with the Marketing Team to deliver strategic & tactical marketing campaigns.

Ensure new product offers, locations, and pricing amendments are communicated to the team.

Qualifications

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Account management experience within the hospitality sector
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Effective negotiation and decision-making abilities
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to demonstrate this
  • Strong relationship builder
  • Ability to be mobile, agile, receptive, and welcoming to change
  • Capacity to arrange workload to meet conflicting priorities and deadlines
