The Opportunity

You will be responsible for leveraging opportunities to drive additional partnerships across Queensland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with key merchants, identifying opportunities for growth and maintaining mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Resolve member complaints about merchants in a timely manner.
  • Develop a membership strategy for your territory in collaboration with the Head of Partnerships.
  • Produce tracking and data reports to aid in merchant acquisition and retention.
  • Implement and conduct merchant briefings as needed.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver strategic marketing campaigns.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Effective negotiation and decision-making abilities.
