Hearing Healthcare Customer Service Specialist

Audika is part of a world-leading hearing healthcare group that offers solutions to help people with hearing loss.
We are seeking a driven and passionate customer service professional to join our clinic on a part-time basis (4 days per week - Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm).
You will work closely with Clinicians and Hearing Technicians to deliver quality hearing healthcare outcomes for clients.
Using your knowledge, skills, and tools, you will apply tailored client-specific sales strategies to ensure they receive the best possible solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional customer service.
- Develop strong relationships with Clinicians and Hearing Technicians to achieve business objectives.
- Previous administration or customer service experience in environments such as retail, hearing care services, pharmacy, or allied health.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and empathy to support clients on their hearing journey.
- Flexibility and willingness to support nearby clinics as needed.
- Higher School Certificate or TAFE qualification.
- Advanced computer literacy skills.
