We are seeking an exceptional customer service professional to join our team in Corio. This is a permanent part-time role that will see you working closely with clinicians and hearing technicians to deliver high-quality hearing healthcare outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to clients, ensuring they receive tailored solutions to meet their needs.

  • To ensure clients receive the best possible solutions, you will apply client-specific sales strategies.
What We Are Looking For
  • Previous administration or customer service experience in environments such as retail, hearing care services, pharmacy, or allied health.
  • A preference is given to candidates with experience working with an older demographic.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and empathy are essential to support clients on their hearing journey.
