Lead Restaurant Manager

At a prominent fast food establishment, we're passionate about reinventing the way we think about food. Our mission is to bring the vibrant energy of Mexican culture to Australians across the country, serving the freshest fast food with the best local ingredients during breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for the efficient and effective management and operation of our restaurant in the absence of the Restaurant Manager. You'll need to maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our menu items, ingredients, and procedures at all times to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

This position suits someone who is passionate about hospitality and management, motivated to promote our values, and displays energy and enthusiasm for our unique brand. To succeed, you should have:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role in QSR, restaurant, or hospitality industry
  • Completed a Food Safety Supervisors course
  • Completed (or willingness to undertake) Responsible Service of Alcohol course
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Understanding of written operation and financial reports
  • High level of management and conflict resolution skills
  • Possess good understanding of food safety concepts
  • Willingness and ability to undertake one shift per month in leading kitchen position
  • Strong computer/IT acumen
