This role involves providing high-quality therapy services to clients in their homes and community settings. As a skilled therapist, you will be responsible for assessing client needs, developing personalized therapy plans, and implementing interventions to improve their functional abilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' physical and cognitive abilities
- Develop and implement goal-oriented therapy plans tailored to individual client needs
- Provide evidence-based interventions to improve clients' functional abilities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective care delivery
- Maintain accurate clinical records and reports
- Current registration as an Occupational Therapist with the relevant authorities
- Valid Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
- Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
