Role OverviewWe are seeking an exceptional Customer Care specialist to join our team, who will be the first point of contact for both existing and new customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for arranging the logistics of funeral services, providing exceptional support to families, and contributing to our content and resources.
Key Responsibilities- Arrange funeral services with our state-based service providers and communicate with families to ensure a smooth process.
